Stochastic universal sampling fills a mating pool of 4 with a single spin: it places 4 pointers $20/4 = 5$ apart on the fitness wheel, starting at a point drawn uniformly from $[0, 5)$, and each pointer selects the individual whose share of the wheel it falls in.
